In a carefully orchestrated transformation, the historic structure was lifted and reoriented to capture sweeping coastal views while preserving the spirit and architectural character that define the classic “Weekapaug Cottage.”

The comprehensive renovation extended throughout the home, with every interior space refined and rebuilt with meticulous attention to detail. Working in collaboration with designer Steven Gambrel, the project integrates bespoke cabinetry, finely crafted architectural millwork, and custom furnishings that reflect both timeless coastal elegance and modern livability.

Throughout the residence, original proportions and historic details remain at the heart of the design, thoughtfully complemented by contemporary comforts. The result is a home that feels both authentically rooted in Weekapaug’s storied past and beautifully suited for generations of seaside living.
